Personal Funding Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 open, seasoned, primary revolving lines, not authorized user accounts.
- A minimum 680 credit score (unless client or family member is active or retired military.)
- Revolving credit utilization should be 50% or below.
- No more than 4 Inquiries per bureau.
- Bankruptcy must be over 5 years.
- No recent late payments, judgments, liens, etc.
- Co-borrowers meeting above criteria are also acceptable.
It's Your Fees:
Upfront Fees? Charge them if it makes sense for your business model. We’ll help advise on what’s working best right now in the market.
Backend Success Fee? This is a great model for any and all customers. Who doesn’t like to pay based off performance. Industry stand backed success fee is 9.9% – 12%.
